He is gone. This is going to cost Ark a lot of settlement money. They can't allow her to work under him but can't fire her and not fire him due to lawsuit threat. Also anyone else that wanted the job now has grounds to sue Ark.
I will be SHOCKED if he is kept.

Given that Saban owns Petrino's arse, I hope Petrino stays a long time.
Sadly, however, Petrino will be fired.
1. Screwing an employee.
2. Promoting girl he was screwing to a new position because he was screwing her...passing over other qualified applicants.
3. Creating hostile work environment for the girl's fianace. Can't fire him...he would sue.
4. The other unmentioned woman...the "previous relationship".
5. Firing him may prevent lawsuits by Dorrell and/or the fiance
6. Lying to the boss.

You wouldn't refer to someone you were riding a bike with a week ago as a "previous" relationship. This is a yet-unnamed additional woman, IMO.

You don't need a law degree. All you need are two brain cells to rub together (which you obviously don't have) in order to understand that if you pass over other qualified candidates for a job and hire someone because you're screwing them, you're gonna get your arse sued back to the stone age. He didn't say "inappropriate relationship". He said "previous inappropriate relationship, i.e., previous to this incident. This implies a relationship that existed previous to this one. The relationship with Dorrell is currently in existence...not previous.
Or, to put it another way...
Are you married? If so, would you refer to your current wife as your previous wife...even if you've been married to her for a while?
