I was excited for Season 1. I didn’t finish episode 2 before I gave up.

That’s insane

someone/something becomes over saturated it’s over. Pat is going to be the Nickelback of sports talk.

Nickleback is Beethoven compared to Diary of a Divisive figure
We are in an odd era of rich dudes telling everyone something that no one wants is inevitable

Have we seen a Turtle in any of the IT movies/shows? My memory isn't great

I don’t think so but there’s a ton of Easter eggs to the turtle in season 1. For example One of the kids that survives the massacre in the first episode is wearing a turtle bracelet so there’s some theories out there that it’s what protected her.
Time travel isn’t really the most accurate way to describe it

The IT entity experiences time all at once (think watchmen) so while these seasons happen in the past, penny wise understands the future and is trying to actively prevent it, ostensibly making the past the future and the future the past from his perspective
Pretty sure it’s not expected to come out until 2027.

Season 1 took a while to get going outside of the 1 scene an episode that would go for it, but they made some really interesting decisions in the final episode that set up a pretty fun roadmap for future seasons

TigerVision era is over my friend
Downstream effect of playoff expansion and conference realignment.

can tell you without a doubt the Cowboys would never allow a rival franchise in San Antonio. Those people are rabid Cowboys fans, and it's a pretty big market. No way they'd ever give that up.

I mean that’s true of any football franchise in Texas regardless of city.

Wasn't Daniels PAID NIL Money when he was at LSU?

Yes?? Not sure what this has to do with anything
These are almost always home broadcasts for the home team. It’s like listening to the radio broadcast of a rival SEC team. Their focus is their team, not the game as a whole. Been that way for years

LSU hasn't said anything negative about him or done anything wrong.

Literally never said they have

I understand your concern, Jayden's mom. But, you aren't winning this argument.

Cute, but once again you are either misunderstanding or intentionally being obtuse about my argument

Doug Dotson return game - should be a fun one

Truly one of the most confounding self inflicted PR blunders we’ve seen without any related crime or cultural controversy He gains nothing out of this except the bad PR.

Man who wrote this crazy stuff!!1

DFW- definitely NFL

I can’t think of a worse idea than this

That is already 100 percent cowboys land and cowboys stadium is right in between both markets
quote:

Interesting idea instead of always running out Portland and Nashville for expansion places.

I mean if your goal with expansion is to find new fans and new revenue streams, those still make way more sense than doubling down in markets you already own

He was a Heisman for a different staff. Only thing that matters now is $, level of competition, and playing time.

Everyone offers all those things, the ancillaries still matter

Right or wrong some players / parents might be turned off by a long term beef with a former Heisman winner. I guarantee you regardless of the staff he was on, recruits and transfers are being shown the Heisman on tours and talk about how LSU (as a brand, with their facilities and their marketing) got a player to such great heights. They do the same with burrow and cannon and the rest. If it just mattered on the things you outlined, we wouldn’t spend money on facilitates, marketing, branding or any of it. We’d just have a big NIL budget and be working out in a donors backyard
If you were going to do that, you’d probably just make it in San Antonio or Austin. In the current climate of things they’d probably build the stadium in some random place in between those two to try to get traffic in from both directions of I35

The lower pro football leagues usually do pretty well when they set a team in San Antonio.

Unsurprisingly the producer of this album basically confirmed this was AI

quote:

He’s not a musician, but he definitely is a fan of music. He has been writing lyrics for years, like his phone is so full of notes, stream of consciousness, poetry, stuff like that. And he started plugging his lyrics in and chanting it into [AI music generator] Suno and getting Suno demos of his songs. And we came together and I was like, ‘Yo, we can go in and cut this stuff for real.'”
