State governments do not have sovereign immunity for title vii claims. Congress passed a waiver in the legislation. UA can be sued for sexual harassment and/or retaliation under Title VII. Consensual affair is not sexual harrassment, it must be unwelcomed.

My prediction is that He is not above the program, Just as the same with Mike Dubose, Mike Price, Richard Williams etc. and I dont think their faults included lieing to superiours although I could be wrong. IMO, He gone eventually.
