So, I assume he hires from within?

Who are the DC's sitting on the sideline without a job right now?

yup and they could do much worse than Petrino.

Sweet. So do we have defensive coaches at all now?

If he's making these types of moves, he is definitely their new permanent coach.

Or they gave him the keys to the Harley for the rest of the season and told him it was his to lose.

Maybe, but then again, it's well known that he and T-Will basically hate one another. I was saying after the Memphis loss that they were going to fire Pittman and Petrinos first move would be to fire the D coordinator. Everyone saw it coming.

It doesn't work that way. Firing someone costs money and hiring their replacement does too. He either got approval from high up to make these moves or he is THE guy. Interims don't usually get hire/fire power.

I know, but what I'm saying is that the two guys were fricking fighting in fall camp and the d coordinator has flat out not been doing his job. It could easily have been a "I'm not coaching this team for one frickin week if I can't fire this dumb shite" type of deal. Or it could be that he's the guy.

I still think they end up going a different direction.

Petrino knows he has to get something going on Defense to remove the interim title, so this is a good sign.

Not sure he's going to have the time to fix it this season

I don't think it matters much honestly. This season is likely toast either way. Isn't Dave Aranda available?

I wish we fired stoops, made Brad White the interim HC and he fired all the offensive staff

It will be interesting to see who he hires as replacements

Who is available in October?

If he starts poaching staffs midway through the season, that will be interesting.

What a pile of dog shite program Sow University is.

Why the hell would you let some degenerate like Petrino fire anyone as interim HC?

Oh, it’s because they know that some washed up has been sexual deviant like Petrino is the only type person that will tolerate their filth.

frick them.

Anyone ever wonder why this loser is so vitriolic towards Arkansas? It's because he and his wife came to Fayetteville to watch a game one time and he walked into the hotel room to catch his wife being gangbanged by 5 hogs fans. And now he's her cuckold.
