Like you have any fn clue what went down with Pendergast and Miles. Ever think of the fact that we didn't offer him? No body knows jack as far as this search is going. Especially A&M fans

I read that myself and didn't get that at all. DC at Wash St. will have their hands full.
From the outside the LSU athletic dept looks totally disfunctional at the moment. Maybe they have a plan and have their guy targeted. Then again, maybe it is the clusterfrick that it appears to be.

The obsession from Aggies and hogs over this is unbelievable. You dont see Alabama and Auburn filling up the entire board with LSU DC search threads. Really shows the difference between successful programs and bottom feeders like A&M and Arkansas.

Yea I bet we offered him about 1.3 mil and he turned it down for 600k at Washington state right? Lsu hasn't offered the job to anyone yet that's why we don't have a DC

All the SEC fans out there just like to look at this situation and come up with their hopes that this we are totally "dysfunctional" at the moment. Miles is keeping everything extremely close to the vest and yes, it can be frustrating not getting any news. But fact of the matter is no one has an fn clue what is going on, no one does. Miles has made many good hires in the past and I feel he will again. And the last thing he cares about is what the outside world thinks of the way he is handling this search. But, go ahead and think we are screwed and have nothing in the works...

Sure. LSU is totally above all this. If A&M or Arkansas had been without a DC for over 2 weeks after a bowl loss AND the high profile DCs discussed as candidates such as Orgeron, Shoops, Pendergast, etc... etc.. etc... had not taken the DC job... I am sure LSU fans would stay above the fray and not start any threads about high profile DCs not wanting to go to A&M or Arkansas.

That's the only reason why a DC wouldn't want to go to LSU. You have a loaded roster, a good recruiting base and a history of a solid defense. Unless your AD is low balling everyone I don't see what else it could be.
