Yeah....I'm sure coming back from down 20-7 and winning in over time was the plan all along.

Did I say that? The plan was to have Tua ready to go in case Jalen continued to look like Jalen. Georgia wasn't ready for this. I see it as evidence that Saban didn't teach Kirby all his tricks.

Just my opinion but because of all he has done and the leadership he has shown the last two seasons, you have to say Hurts is no lower than 2nd string even if you intend on playing Mac if Tua goes out

Check out Paul, great reporting on what the whole state knew Saturday

It took the whole state until Saturday?

I thought this has been fairly obvious for awhile now

Actually, none of this true. Finebaum does not have a source that says any of this. Finebaum is trying to look clever and act like he is "calling" the QB race and he is trying to gin up ratings for his show (ratings down 5-7% from this period last year). Truth be told Saban is equally pleased with both QBs.

One of my favorite responses on the internet. It's such a short statement, but it still fails spectacularly.

If Tua doesn't get hurt in the damn spring Saban would have already named him the starter in my opinion.

Whether it was the plan or not is not the question. It is what happened, and was the reason Bama was able to come back from being down 20-7.

I am hopeful #2 will stay and play the best he can when called upon. I hope his attitude will not be like Blake Barnett once he lost the starting position to #2. If he isn't all in then I hope he will drop from the roster. I would think Nick would allow him to be on scholly until Dec when he graduates and then #2 can go to any school his family wants and will have 2 full years to play.
