We've gotten better at getting hats on people, we need to just be more consistent at taking down kick returners.

I know it's way early but today it hit me that I really do believe we can win the NC this year and I got chills. I never got that feeling all last year, even when we were 12-0. I thought we had a chance to knock off Florida but deep down I didn't think we'd win that game.
This year I'm starting to feel a little different. We'll need a little luck and need to dodge some more bullets (like all NC teams do) but I got the NC chills today.

WTF? Are you stupid? Is McElroy even rated to be overrated?
All we heard from enemy fans before the season was how he was inexperienced and going to throw picksixes left and right (Jared Lee-2). Bama fans thought he would be JPW-2. And he seems to be playing better than either of these predictions. If anything, McElroy is underrated.

I also think Bama has what it takes to win it all. Last year I felt the passing game and qb pressure were areas of weakness. This year both have been addressed and the team looks good to great in all phases. Kick returns is the only shaky spot and it has improved.

I think bama is the best team in college FB right now. Florida is close, but I don't think they are quite as good. Just my opinion.
I think either one of those two would rip the hearts out of Texas, USC, etc. As an old SWC fan, I am praying that Texas makes it to the NC to face either bama or Fl. I still love to see Texas lose

Bama is playing as good on D as anyone in the country. Their offense looked good against VT but VT's D was not clicking the way it is now.
But Bama deserves to be a top 5 team for sure.

If we had gotten at least 2 offensive TD against OM out of 5 redzone trips I would be sold but our offensive passing was horrendous. Gmac looked like JPW and he did stare down JJ the whole game and wasnt making any reads like he had trhe past 4 games. I can see having an off day with accuracy or getting confuse on a couple of blitzes or something but not repeatedly making poor reads and throwing it to JJ without even checking down.

Yeah, I didn't understand this either. He has been really good at his check downs all year.
