Nobody has a fully developed immune system. If we did we wouldn't get sick, and we would never need vaccinations.

I'm guessing you must be speaking only towards the ability to develop antibodies etc. But being exposed to many things is what builds up your immune system and strengthens it. That's how old school vaccines worked. You get exposed to the dead virus, your body learns to produce what it needs to kill it, and then it's no longer a threat to you.

That's how natural immunity works as well, you get the virus, you fight it off and then your body knows to deal with it.

And those can work across multiple strains/virus. Like when they gave people cowpox purposefully because it provided immunity to smallpox, which was deadly.

Soooo glad I live in Florida where life is pretty much normal. Except for some employers mandating the jab. I know a few people who had to get it or lose their job.

Calm down, Karen. What would a booster shot have done for them, when they don't prevent catching or spreading covid?

You think everyone should have to get a booster shot every few months to fight what is slightly worse than the common cold, a booster shot that still doesn't prevent contracting or spreading the virus at all?

What's the endgame there? Booster shots for the rest of everyone's lives because they don't work to wipe out the virus, only make the symptoms a little less severe? Covid will last forever if we try to "booster shot" our way out of it.

I'd say *you're* the "magat" and the real plague by not realizing that this half-baked booster plan has no ending, only a continuous cycle of shots and variants, more shots and more variants.
