The by-the-books penalty for OU and UT would have been 2 years of distributions, which, based on recent Big 12 payouts, would have been $85-$90M each.
They negotiated it down to $50M each.

Excited. Joining the Alabama plus 13 conf will be fun. Especially now that we get to add fcs schools to the front and back end of our schedules and say shite like the sec schedule week in and week out is brutal with vandy Kentucky Florida auburn murderers row and vaunted aggy in there we need Jacksonville state and wofford to round it out.
