I feel positive that a Georgia fan has no idea what we are feeling

I am not at all worried that O is chizik 2.0. it's a perfect storm for LSU this season. we shouldn't be this bad, but what the hell?

it's way too early to abandon ship.

That sounds suspiciously like Malzahn's favorite:

"We had a good week'a practice!" *chews gum* *sniffs* *pulls up pants*

Maybe this is the problem, O. Simple isn’t always better, even if it works better in O’s gumbo pot For a brain.

He raved this offseason about how this defense was going to be a lot better, took subtle shots at Aranda and implied his complex defensive scheme took away from the players ability to make plays. And look where the “simplified” defense got us.

You may be right, but that is what many were saying in 2011... and then it really went off the rails.

Ehhh, you probably should be. As interim in 2016 he gets a minus grade. He beat the teams he should’ve beat (given our talent) and lost a bad one to a depleted UF. Nothing he did should’ve been viewed as exceptional.

2017 was bad. Lost to Troy. Disappointing overall year.

2018 was good. Solid to good overall season

2019 was phenomenal. But you should be asking yourself how much of it, based on what we know of O before and after, was really because of O? We had a wunderkind offensive assistant revamp the offense with a once in a lifetime type QB and stud skill position players. We can give O credit for hiring Brady and signing those players while also acknowledging that it’s a perfect storm that isn’t replicable.

So when judging what O can do for LSU going forward I don’t know how much stock I put into what happened in 2019. Seems a lot more like a flash in the pan situation than O showing he can build a consistent title contender

Saying "we're not far away" is the equivalent of saying "he has our full confidence" about your coach

I mean you can’t give the coach the blame but not the credit.

We’ll find out if O can turn it around in due time. The good news for us is that’s he’s a great recruiter so even worst case scenario the talent will be there for the next guy.

This is true.. Chiz's recruiting talent were the ones shitting on him and causing team division. Bo's dumb arse is a different problem, though.

If that's the case, I don't know what to say.

Their DBs and LBs were completely lost Saturday. And from what little I've seen of LSU outside the Auburn game, it doesn't seem to be an exception. It seems, rather, to be the rule.

The Ohio State University sends LSU good football players, and LSU sends tOSU spineless, cowardly fans. Sounds like an even trade.

The 2020 LSU football team is playing up to the standard of a soggy diarrhea sandwich, Ed.

Good lawd. Someone get this shrimp boat captain a little common sense. Sounds a little like Mike Shula's, "we're close".

This season is literally meaningless. It’s like watching practice. Recruiting is on an Sage Ryan kind of movement. Upward. We will be back, and I’d be fricks up next year he will be shown the door. Enjoy this season.

Uh-huh. If LLLSU was 5-0 instead of 2-3 I'm so sure you'd say the exact same thing.

Does Cincinnati being ranked that high mean LSU didn't lose to Missouri?
