Maybe bats will do something this inning to give Gabe the W. Pitching looks great as usual. Bats still suck for another year. Never change Nate Thompson

State up 14-0 after 3.

They’ve batted around all 3 innings.

Yikes.

State has made almost a full line change in the 4th, but hasn't made a difference.

3 run shot by backup utility man Aaron Downs has it 17-0 in the 4th.

I know it's Manhattan, but this offense could be a problem.

Too early to call until we see a full weekend out of most teams.

I know I'm anxious to see Ben Cleaver and Evan Byers for Kentucky. Byers, despite the loss, pitched well against y'all in the CWS (4 hits, 0 runs in 3 innings).

Cats have bases loaded, no outs T5. Waiting on the pitching change.

Two RBI single for Herrera. Everybody moves another base after Lipscomb falls asleep at the wheel.

Cats 7-0, T5, 0 outs

Pico Kohn absolutely dealing for State. He's probably done in the midst of this 17-0 blowout, but this line is sick.

That ball was hit deep in the gap. Great play by the WASU CF.
