Because Burrow is the one throwing when Surtain is on the field, while Tua is the one throwing when Greedy is on the field.
Greedy is the better CB; Surtain will have the easier assignment.

Yeah, it adds up, but 4 in one game is insanely good.
At 10 you're sitting at number 18 in interceptions nationally and then 4 in one game shoots you up to number 1.
