Define "success". I didn't see him in the SEC championship or the playoffs.
Not saying he's bad, because he's pretty good. But come on man, you need a CG appearance or a Heisman QB to be considered a success.

If he had any "Real Success" he would likely already be gone.

That Said, he has a pretty nice job at Ole Miss. Expectations are reasonable.
Sure there are other teams that want him, but it's not the teams HE wants.... yet....

Kelly started his career as a defensive position coach and DC. Whether he can coach it might be problematic, at this point, but he cut his teeth on that side of the ball. Know your enemy.
