Maybe we should let the University of Louisiana in the next time we expand.

We have to get the flagship university in each state in the fold, right?

They act like they don’t have a memory and force people to regurgitate facts

Same song, different verse

The only facts are a&m ran away after being Texas' bitch for 100 years and would have rather lost to teams they didn't base their entire identity upon hating (how do the lyrics to your school song go again?)

Please contrast this assertion with Texas losing to Kansas.

We don't hate Kansas and we don't sing a song that references them multiple times, and we never erected bonfires to signify the burning hatred in our loins for Kansas.

I mean I guess. When you sing your school song about another school, and base your entire identity around said school, only to have half as many wins head-to-head (and that's just football), anything to avoid losing to them all the time would be considered an "upgrade".

Texas beat Kansas 55-14 last year on the road? Meanwhile...

To be fair, it's pretty difficult to follow Aggie logic.

Kinda interesting that the schools who left the Big 12 before Texas are the ones claiming we destroyed it. How’s that work?

And yet can’t really tell us how…

If one of your neighbors septic tank is overflowing and they don't fix it and the local officials won't force them to do so you have 2 choices - move on or stay put and smell shite. Those schools moved on. Now they're telling their new neighbors about the family who just bought a house in the neighborhood and the stank they are going to bring to an otherwise pristine and lovely place to call home...

Is there even such a thing as a longhorn fan that’s not completely obsessed with everything to do with Texas A&M?

Whoooaaa killer...pump the brakes. At the end of the day both fan bases consist of Texans...they are cut from the same cloth...growing accustomed to ATM and their silliness and uncouthe ways is a far cry from liking the weirdos...

Only thing those burnt orange pussies destroyed was aggieland. That's not on them. That's on you. You're just the bigger pussy of the two.

But I'll give you pussies credit where credit is due. You have these SEC dipshits singing your loser victim hymnal like a choir from hell because they simply don't know any better. And that's hilarious for Sooner fans too.

And that is the most effective you've ever been at anything involving sports.

The SEC would have taken Texas and any other team in the Big 12....Oklahoma was selected by Texas as their bride for obvious reasons that ATM fans masturbate over...

The SEC wanted to expand to Texas TV markets and recruiting. They thought they had done so taking in ATM as the better of a terrible choice between the 2. ATM has proven incapable of holding their own in the SEC and after a brief ATM bump ( settle down aggie, not that kind of bump) the SEC saw the light and allowed Texas to join. Maybe between the 2 of them they can manage a 9-3 season once in a while...probably not but hope is a an eternally springing thing...

Cool analogy, but I'm looking for actual facts. In your scenario, what was the equivalent to our flooded septic tank? Hugh McElroy claims it's the fact that we flirted with the PAC after Nebraska and Colorado left the Big 12. While ignoring the fact that they used that to their very benefit to justify their move to the SEC.

They're full of shite and have had 10 years to shovel it into your house. You don't even smell it anymore.

What in revisionist history are you blabbering about? Were you following realignment at the time or are you just parroting what you read on Texas message boards?
