This clearly disproves the accusation (which nobody on the planet has said) that every single one of the violations was a death penalty offense.

I think $100 is way to high for the basis. Plus you completely ignored with/ without oral and/ or backdoor. But otherwise on the right track.

How could a student athlete get evicted from his apartment.
