I dont think there are any UK fans that are upset by their hire. Same could be said about VT.
I think deep down, there is some concern from LSU fans about the ticking time bomb that is Kiffin. LSU fans are just too proud to say that

Not all LSU fans were onboard with Kelly.There was a very vocal contingent of fans who hated the hire from day1.This LK hire is night and day different from other LSU hires.Ive never seen this much positivity in a hire in the 60 years I’ve followed LSU.Even Nick didn’t generate this excitement.

The only other time I can remember a fanbase celebrating a new coaching hire this hard was Bama when they hired Saban. And unless LSU fans are convinced that Lane Kiffin is Saban, they are just embarrassing themselves with all of the gloating.

The Kentucky fanbase is pretty pumped and rightly so. I'm in agreement with alot of the talking heads on Stein. This was a homerun hire.
Lane?...Depends on which one they are getting; The one that did well in one year at a Florida directional school and moderately good at Ole Miss, or the one that bombed in one season at Tenny and dumpster-fired at USC.
I'd temper expectations until he actually proved something on the field, like say...win some kind of championship?
