As a state fan, I have a lot of respect for this OM team. Pitching is next level. They just seem like they are riding a pitching high and have too many easy outs with a lineup you can pick and choose with. That’s not disrespectful, that’s just how teams would attack.

In all seriousness, Ole Miss is the team that I'd be bothered the least by dropping game 1.
You've got 3 very high level starters and couple of elite bullpen arms. With the structure of the tournament your pitching will hold up and it's not like you are up against a gauntlet with other 3 teams on that side.
