They got hot at the absolute best time. I didn't think they would be in the tournament on selection Monday, but they made the most of it. When they beat Arizona their confidence boosted and the pitching they showed to beat Miami put them over the top. They have allowed three earned runs in about their last 40 IP.

I thought Ole Miss had the best pitching coming in and they were my second choice.
A&M & Oklahoma both peaking at the right time.
