OP, the real answer is they don’t know. They don’t actually know sports and this is why they are behaving the way they are and not answering your question and flocking to me

I think we'll hire the Western Kentucky volleyball coach to replace our old volleyball coach seems like they could help continue our program on the right track after we made the tournament last year

It's as realistic as Kiffin going to Auburn. He will 100% leave us one day. Maybe even this off-season. But it won't be for Auburn. Most likely would be another shot at the NFL. I'll be concerned if the Dolphins or Cardinals come calling.
If you want a serious answer, the two most successful recent Ole Miss coaches have been HC's already with elite play calling ability and wide open offenses. Jeff Traylor would likely be on the list. Maybe Sonny Dykes.
