I think it will be a good game but I think Ole Miss will only win if we win the turnover battle.

Our secondary is very suspect. Our Dline and LB's are good.

If we can stop the run game and force leavitt into some bad throws we could win.

Will we be able to run or move the ball on LSU D , that will be interesting.

It will be a close game, Chambliss and Lacy are very good and Ole Miss is at home.

LSU is still trying to gel offensively.

This game will be decided by QB play.

Leavitt is a risk

TC is the better QB

Ole Miss is so bad I don’t see them winning many games

It will be a battle with a lot of energy from both teams. Our defense is great but they can only be in the field for so long before the offense will have to do their part. Thats what happened last year. Defense would get tired as the game went on and offense never helped them out whatsoever.

Turnovers could very well be the difference. Both teams have flaws. Which ever team does the best job of exploiting the flaws of the other will likely win.

Anything can happen in a game like this but I don't like our chances. As long as Golding has been a defensive coordinator there is no excuse for putting a defense on the field that is that bad. Got my doubts that he is going to cut it.

If your secondary is actually bad, this is about the best time to face LSU as they're clearly still struggling with some chemistry issues in the passing game.

I don't think Leavitt will be an elite passer at any point but I expect improvement throughout the year.

It’s a close matchup. I hope The Vaught isn’t the difference. Ole Miss by 3

On an unrelated note these are the type of threads that I like, and not because I created it. But it's some honest takes from some honest people from LSU and Ole Miss.

Did you watch the LSU game first half. Advantage omiss at this point as painful as it is to say it. But who the hell knows.

I think the stage is too big for Golding and he’s not adjusting well to running the whole show

It’s going to be a 3 point game max. And I think there will be a big play that turns it to one team. Pick 6 or something like that. I think home field is going to be a bigger advantage than usual. Also expect Oxford PD to be the real MVPs of the day.

If the defense continues to dominate the run game then Ole Miss will be in for a long day.
