The reality is that Kiffin can stay at Ole Miss and win the way Johnny Vaught did for 25 years. At Bama, he would have to outcoach both Saban and Bryant. OM is investing 400 million in facility upgrades for him; the entire West side of the stadium will be rebuilt according to what Kiffin would like to see. More improvements to the Manning Center for recruiting purposes. He is calling his own shots now. All of the rumors started by fans of other schools about him leaving or wanting to leave are just that. A good many of them, I notice, by State fans. Disagree with this all you want. I am telling you what's going on.

Imagine what he would do with a stud like Jacob Coker of Blake sims..

Imagine if Ole Miss had the players at every other position that isn't quarterback that Alabama has in their 3 deep. Neither Blake Sims nor Jacob Coker could have been one-man shows like Corral has been for Kiffin. Corral is pretty unique in that he can create plays by himself. Most Qbs Kiffin will have won't be able to play like he does

I'm not ready to crown him an offensive genius because he managed to beat LSU and A&M this year. Lots of teams did.

Offense isn't what won us 6 out of our last 7 games.

Let’s relax a bit. Maybe let him sign the additional year extension first

Certain comments on Corral ignore the fact that Kiffin saw his potential (he was already there)and made the decision to give him the nod over Rhys-Plumley. In other words, Kiffin develops what he has, not the other way around.

Bama is winning the west every year until Saban retires. Kiffin loses his once in a decade (at Ole Mississippi) qb. Kelly isn't that great of a coach, which you'll soon find out what ND fans already know. He doesn't get to play 9 cupcakes a year as an independent anymore. Aggies will always win 8 or so games with Jimbo. Arkansas will win 7 or 8 games a year with Pittboss. Harsin will be fired in 2 years.

Anyone who has ever seen Plumlee throw a football would have made that decision unless your name is Matt Luke. Benching Plumlee wasn't some genius coaching move. Everyone who watched Ole Miss play saw that needed to happen

Kiffin didn't teach Corral how to improvise with his legs, which is the #1 thing that makes him so difficult to defend

I'm not saying Kiffin can't develop QBs, but he's going to need more than a QB to "win like Johnny Vaught"

Corral wasn't much to look at throwing a football two seasons ago either.

I'd suggest you worry more about how Brian Kelly coaches in the SEC. No more lineup of 8 or 9 cupcakes every year as an independent. And, yes, Matt Luke wasn't a head coach, but he is a good coordinator. Kiffin has found a home, whether you admit it or not.

Kiffin is 14-3 in our last 17 games...We have won 9 straight at the Vaught. Considering where we were when he took over, I'd say he is at least good at jumpstarting a program.

If he hits the portal right this offseason, we can have a solid season next year and then hopefully contend in 23 for SEC Champ.

The West is so deadly though, you can have a solid team like A&M and finish 8-4. So you never know.

Yup yup yup no way lane kiffin can entice a transfer qb to come play in his offense. And especially in this year.. when no one is transferring!

Ole miss ran all over most of their opponents. Kiffin can hit the portal hard and get a few seasoned players, including a qb, and keep most of the momentum going.

If we don't go to pods, Alabama and Auburn may be heading to the East. It'll be up to y'all to initiate the two new guys.

Pods make the most sense and should be the configuration.. but we are talking the SEC here.

So basically reality could be Auburn, Alabama, AND MSU moving to the East.

Missouri moves to the West.

Probably another rotating cross divisional game gets added along with the permanent.

Notre Dame consistently plays a more difficult schedule than more than half of the P5. Their average SOS while Kelly has been there is in the teens. This notion Notre Dame plays a weak schedule is quite frankly hilarious, and even more hilarious how much it keeps being repeated.

and he will... I don't think any positions are a lock coming back outside of RB and we showed that we will play all of our RBs. He will be able to bring in players and show them the difference that Campbell, Robinson, Springer, Reese, etc.. have made and they can come in and get the same time and impact.

Yeah but we are getting down on the food chain for where Kiff would want to leave for.
