Ole Miss taking the penalty in 2OT...

cost them the game. What a terrible decision. Why would you take 2nd and 15 over 3rd and 10 in a situation where they had to score?

I commented on that ealier. It was a definite 4 down situation. So 3 shots at 15 yards may be easier than 2 shots from 10 yards.

Just goes to show.

Ole Miss had them down and didn't close the deal.

Nothing wrong with staying aggressive and running up the score.

Wasn't it an illegal formation dead ball penalty?

ETA: illegal procedure? I don't know, I was told about it....I couldn't hear the ref

No. Think about, a team could always correct the formation before the snap.
