Echoed through the halls of every team with 2 losses right now. Every week is pretty much an elimination game.

We've lost the two games that I was most nervous about entering the season.

We are still in a good position compared to most the 2 loss SEC teams.

Are you looking solely at the remaining matchups, or have you considered the individual teams' improvements since week 1?

I believe some teams got lucky at times, some were healthier, and some have been exposed since then.

With all due respect and keeping in mind one of our kids is an Ole Miss Alum, “it ain’t happening” this year for Ole Miss. Y’all will not win out from here on out. What we saw last night in the first half was an implosion. Y’all were most certainly out coached as well. As much as I despise Texas, kudos to them for constant adjustment throughout the game. Their switch to the ground game was most impressive.

I take an educated holistic look at the games as they come but some things seemed clear to me back in the summer.

Ole Miss would most likely beat LSU.

Ole Miss would have a tough task being up for Florida win or lose the LSU game.

At Texas was always the toughest task on the schedule.

UGA at home is a far easier task than UT on the road.

Then you have the particular circumstances that develope the weeks prior to the game. For instance I expected Texas to play their hardest most desperate of the year... which they clearly did.

Can they repeat that week after week? No.

Intangibles matter. Football is a game of momentum and emotion more than any other sport.

LSU will face a stretch soon that will actually test what they are made of. MSU beat up at home and an Auburn team coming off a sky high victory arent a good barometer for measuring real improvement.

Ole Miss looked gritty as hell last night though.

Looks like the two losses for the Rebs ( @ UF @ TX ) were away games. Oklahoma is the only remaining away. Auburn, Georgia, Wofford, and Ms State are listed as home.

It's certainly possible. Good luck !

Do you deny that home games are easier than away games? Specifically away games with over 100,000 people on prime time?

So the Rebel loss was more impressive that the Tiger win?

I see you cant read and comprehend.

He asked if I considered if a team is improving which I took to be him asking if I'm factoring in LSU being much improved the last few weeks since hes an LSU fan.

I personally believe LSU is playing better but it is kind of hard to know for sure since they haven't played anyone you could actually judge them by as MSU looks inept without their QB and Auburn could've just been flat after their huge win over a rival.

We will find out though before the year is out.

Do they all also have to play UGA?

OM very likely blew their shot at the playoff last night.
