The overall Accounting process. It's been done that way for years and years. So, they keep doing it the same way. Like I said, I actually got it.
A professor I had who owned his own consulting company, told me the key with accounting is "Don't try to make sense out of it, or you are going to get it wrong." Just do it as it has been taught, and don't think about it.
Worked like a charm for me. When I got out of it, I actually liked accounting. But as I said earlier, would hate my life if I had to do it on a daily basis.
