Vacate doesn't mean forfeit.
For example if they went 8-5 one season their record becomes 0-5.

Don’t worry joshua, Ole Miss only needs to vacate another ~12.5 to 20 seasons, approximately 100 more wins, for State to catch up in the wins column

I get so tired of stupid arse Ole Miss fans spewing this shite. The first season I remember was 1979. Since then State has played way more quality OOC teams than Ole Miss. During the years discussed Ole Miss scheduled one OOC P5 team which was Texas. State scheduled one OOC P5 team which was Okie State. Shite you Ole Miss fans act like you played some tough arse schedule. Hell, your weak arse schedules go back to the Vaught days when he’d dodge the Big 6 and leave them for State. I’ll bet you’d be surprised to know State has more wins against the SEC Big 6 than mighty Ole Miss.
