Yeah but as a state university (I.e. State government) I think the 11th amendment prevents the case being moved to federal court.

late to the party and I am not going through 17 pages of posts in case this is addressed.
What is a Revenue Sharing Agreement? What are the binding details? Did any money get paid? I ask about the money because the early on info was no money was ever paid and hence no money is due refunded/buyout.

There’s a buyout section of the contract that stipulates what happens when they breach the contract. It’s a pretty simple concept for anyone with a first grade reading level.

I would expect it is more complex than that because I would assume that a roomful of lawyers read it and came to a different conclusion. That is kind of what I was looking for.
