That's such a lame call. Not only did he hold up on the hit that's being drove into him momentum wise, the WRs ducks his head into his shoulder and he's called targeting for that? Such a BS rule. The defender can't do anything more than magically jumping out of the way there which he can't do because momentum is being drove into him.

Glad to see #4 Odom drop a wide open pass. He's the one that was trashing LK for leaving and he's a portal guy from Bama, hypocrite.

there should have been 2 defensive pass interference calls of the six they interfered 2 should have definitely been called.
You must be either new to watching football or a half wit. Did you not see the 3 penalties on the drive UGA still scored on? Grow up.

The way their field goal kicker has been playing he could have made that field goal from where they were.

I get it. It’s just a bad rule, and to make it worse it’s entirely subjective.
There isn’t and shouldn’t be such a thing as a “defenseless player”. Sack up. It’s a physical game.

yes that wrs just headbutted his shoulder pad. it was targeting to the head or neck with force able contact. 20 can watch the game from the sideline

I still think we half-assed that last offensive possession with a couple minutes left in the half and 3 time outs to use. Hand off to Cash Jones was a safe, “we give up” play on 3rd and 10.

Golding showing he is elite there. Great clock management.
It was supposed to be a throw past the sticks or to the sideline and out of bounds.
Past the sticks wasn't there, so they go short to 8 at the sideline, and instead of going out of bounds he cut it in instead.
8 is the idiot here. not the play call..

I bet you guys score if you still have your coach. Ouch.

What should he have done? Jumped and stuck his dick in his mouth.
Unfortunately - that would also be forcible contact to a players head or neck. So also targeting. Probably also unsportsmanlike conduct. Maybe even unnecessary roughness depending on size of the dick.

Yeah, to have a kicker that could make it from 60, and then frick it up so you don’t even get a chance is shitty.

The defender didn't even intently and aggressively lower his shoulder into the guy. You can clearly see he pulled up massively it just so happens a head duck and momentum drove him right into the shoulder pads. That's an absolute bullshite call they need to revise and I'm sick of seeing it. That DB was not headhunting that WR. How about penalize the dumbass WR for ducking into his shoulder pads?

Hate to say it but I don't think either of these teams can beat the Miami team I saw last night.

It’s amazing how many people have no idea there are two parts to the targeting rule.
1. Forceable contact with the crown of the helmet
Or
2. Forceable contact to the head or neck area of a defenseless player with any part of the body.
They got him on part 2

The former official who knows the rule book backwards and forwards said targeting. I moved on from it after that and I advise others too as well. He's made millions calling college games as well as analyzing the calls other officials make in college games.
But the drops and Wright not running out bounds is God awful. As bad as OM played you could be in the locker room down only 6.
