Just waiting on Lane to give the black man a chance- hire a black OC or DC OR Resign as a form of protest in order to show the seriousness of this issue that he has highlighted. Not sure why this is even a topic. Nobody cares what the ethnicity of a head coach or coordinator’s are. As Al Davis used to say “Just Win Baby.” More and more black coaches will get opportunities as time moves forward. Winning is the bottom line.
Just like 50+ years ago, the thought of a black QB was that he was not smart enough. Times changed and now there are plenty of black QB’s. And the same thing is happening with black coaches. More and more will be coordinators and HC’s based off ability and results. Nothing more or less.

You're damn right Lane, it does need to be fixed. 80% of players come from a minority group that makes up 14% of the population. That number should be brought more in line with the general population.

Lane is really having a hard time with the hormone therapy. Things will get better after he fully transitions.
