Chuy's doesn't suck at all.
But they've sold their soul to chaindom (as has Freebirds, truth be told).
It's all about the homemade tortilla, tender steak, and tomatillo salsa ... chased down with a limey, icy Mexican beer.
South Depot is very underrated.
They've saved this Texpat many a time.
