frick does that matter? Do you honestly think being in a specific conference makes you a better team? oh you do don't you...LOL. Conference dick riding is some funny shite.

Yes, Texas WAS impressive in the old days, but since 1970 has barely played any SEC teams. Given they they have only won 1 NC since 1970 tells you all you need to know about how far UTexas has fallen (although they have only won 4 in their history)

Actually yes. It toughens the teams to the point that they too win NCs. Or have you not noticed multiple SEC teams winning multiple titles?

Looks to me like people have figured out Clemson's once vaunted "defense" given the back to back beatdowns Clemson has taken.

Yep. Burrow figured out that weak shite, quick. The punter is the only thing that kept them anywhere close in the first half against LSU.

All time wins mean squat today. The SEC has a couple more good teams at the top than the other conferences most years. Teams 10-14 are no different than any other conference.

I mean......Clemson's last two post-season beatdowns look really familiar to me as an OU fan, and this guy is on here talking all that money.
They better hope Georgia, and everybody in their weak conference, doesn't take a sudden interest in changing their sideline calls and playing with tempo.

I’m sure OU would love to play Clemson this year. Tables would be turned. My what a few years difference things make. DL alone would destroy them. Fun times

15-10 is the record for OU over the SEC, and that will be erased by the second season.

My God child, are all OU fans this insecure that you need to add OU's record over Mizzou and Texas AM before they were even in the SEC?

I’ve seen other posters do this. Hypocrisy much?!

The bulk of your contests versus Missouri, which is the overwhelming majority of your matchups versus the current SEC, was two conferences ago. In the Big 8.

No

Your wins over Mizzou and A&M do not count

And I forgot about Arkansas. How many times have y’all played them since they joined the SEC

So you had to go 10 teams down the list? Please name another conference with just 6 devoted programs (fans/resources/stadium/etc). I can't even get to 3 in the ACC..

Your team will start falling off soon because recruits won't want to be on ESPN2 at 11 vs Wake Forest with Beth Mowins calling the game. You've had a really nice run but you're about to get passed by about 7 SEC programs in the next 5 years. Now frick off

So our bottom 4 teams are no different than any other conferences bottom 4 teams?
How about the other 10? Big difference?

Let me walk you through this.....slowly. When you saw people doing that, they were counting wins against a specific team. You are talking about wins against a conference. When you played most of the games you were counting they were not SEC teams.

Now...if you want to say you XXX number of wins against Missouri all time, go right ahead and nobody will correct you. But don't lump wins against BIG 8 and BIG 12 teams in with wins against SEC teams.

Please tell me you can see the difference.

And how has Clemson done the last two times against the SEC

Clemson benefits from playing in a weak Conference
