The Big 12 conference does seem to be doing pretty well lately and with the current price of oil & NIL Texas and OU should do pretty well

I have wanted to be a member of the SEC for years and reality is coming true. I just hope I live long enough to play full rotation in the SEC. Y'all can post stats from the past all you want but the SOONERS will make an impact on the mighty SEC.

OU will, just like any other team that joins. OU has played in a weaker conference, one that has won two NC since 2000 (almost a quarter of a century.)
Think back to the years OU was in the NC game or playing for a spot in the NC game, with the exception of one game (that OU lost to USCw), all the rest of the losses were to SEC teams. Those losses were to Alabama, Georgia, Florida and LSU.
While those are stats, it was easier for OU to make it to the game(s), that will not be the case once OU is in the SEC.
I think OU will end up having a winning record in the SEC, but it will be in the middle pack.
I doubt we see OU in the SECCG for the next 10-15 years, if ever, let alone the NC game
