After each ejection the pilots go through a series of medical reviews. Most pilots can only eject twice while keeping their flight status. My understanding is that this is from the compression of the spine.

I don't disagree with anything that you said.
To me, as things stand today, Saban seems to have more clout than anyone when it comes to college football. He is highly regarded and has his thumb on the pulse. I believe he wants to right the ship and has the respect from individuals who could actually make a difference legality wise.
I, for one, would welcome him taking the reigns to restore common sense regulations governing athletics in the SEC or entire NCAA.
Just a personal opinion and guess

I've been fortunate enough to have had 2 two week trips in ireland. I've seen everything that I have wanted. An LSU game would be icing on the cake for me
