Do you not remember OU knocking Georgia out in baseball on the way to a nattry a few months ago?

Oklahoma's on-field performance is blatantly unacceptable. However, I'd like to remind you that we went 6-7 in the Big 12 during BV's first year. So I'm not sure that it's isolated to the SEC.

Your AD disagrees. Georgia's made a big effort in track & field and in baseball.

Oklahoma is an SEC quality program. Championship level in baseball, softball and gymnastics, and solid in soccer and golf. Football has been plagued for years for only being able to field a championship level team on one side of the field. Best offense in the land under Riley. Championship level defense under Venables. Eventually, they'll get that worked out, and when they do, watch out.

They'll take a huge step forward in firing Arbuckle, possibly Bedenbaugh and bringing in a QB that is a solid game manager with an accurate arm.

You are correct and the OP has every right to point out OU's shortcomings since joining the conference.

The root issue: BV is not and was never HC material. Instead of doing a proper HC search, the OU brass tried getting the band back together. And it is a complete failure. OU hasn't had an offense this inept since pre-WW II.

So, what do they do? Double-down and give this moron an extension.

If you can lose to Auburn you could easily lose 2 more games and miss the playoff.

But we won’t. Because the Auburn game was a fluke. Our QB was hit in the head early and didn’t play the same afterwards. He had three costly turnovers.

This is a so called “blue blood” program that was dominant prior to joining

1. you clearly don't understand what a "blue blood" is. Nothing I can do about that.

2. I don't like the frickers but, not only are they a blue blood, they are a top 4 blue blood. I don't like it, but it doesn't make it not true.

you may want to research what "blue blood" actually means as it pertains to college football.

Now imagine if we can field a competent offense. Our defense can keep us in most games. Our problem is we are completely inept on one side of the ball.
