Back when I lived in Austin and before 8&4 was accepted into the SEC, I would periodically check in on TexAgs and the now closed Texas site (ShaggyBevo?) for a few chuckles. Both could be pretty witty, sometimes unintentionally (esp TexAgs). It was interesting to compare and contrast the tone and tenor of the two and seldom disappointed.

Yeah.....A&M is a cult, it's okay, but the yell leaders have evolved into an eyesore.

Wait. Your morning routine is to go to an A&M sports forum and then run to an LSU site seeking validation?

That might be the single most pathetic thing I have observed on this site.

Kind of predictable really. Most all of the current traditions hail from the early 20th Century and were preserved by a fairly uniform and unchanging culture and student body.

Add in social media, easily shareable digital recordings, and suddenly Aggies are talking to a much wider audience. Elevate the academic backdrop and shift the student body towards more affluent suburban and city kids from more competitive high schools and this is what you get.

All organizations evolve . . .A&M will too.

Both schools go find the 1% weird arse shite about each other.

Then they treat the other school as if that 1% represents 100%.

Big difference.

Aggy has systematic things that makes them cringe...ie male cheer team.

Texas allowed a 2A protest one day in 2016 were they passed out dildos.

Texas banned dildos after that. Conversely, aggy hosts a drag show every year.

Big difference.

You have to just love how obsessed the UTrans fans on this page are with A&M. Only post by a dildoU fan on the front page and it is about A&M. With everything going on around their football program and their sports in general, they want to make fun of A&M yell leaders. They are no different than a lot of the rest of you. There is on average at least two posts a day about how "cringe" A&M yell leaders are. Can any of you come up with an original thought on your own? We are not even their biggest rival according to them, yet all they want to talk about is A&M. All monsusta wants to talk about is Draggieland. At least 80% of his posts mention Draggieland. Somebody buy the kid a ticket. I doubt he is old enough to attend but he sure is infatuated with it.

All of this coming from the university that brought you this:

and this

And then thought it was a good idea to put a dildo on display in the Student Activity Center to memorialize the Great Dildo Parade.

My guess is that most of the fans on this page probably have never actually set foot on campus. Old School Tex is so infatuated with A&M that he admittedly will "start my day" by visiting TexAgs, an Aggie Fan website. TexAgs is a multimillion dollar business that is the model for what other fan websites should do. There is not another fan website out their that does what TexAgs does or makes the revenue they earn.

poooor old school tex, would rather start his day with Aggie websites than anything else.

Buster likes to bring up things that happened once and/or Texas eliminated.

None of that stuff still exist.

Yet aggy still has all male cheerleaders and a trans drag show yearly.

Face it. Aggy is ghey af

I see we’ve hit peak offseason thread material already. Would think the longhorns have something a little more important in front of them to focus on, but I guess not.

It’s still 3 days to the Clemson game, and Sark really isn’t going to let us fans coach… it’s a complete mystery if Arch will play much in that game or not, and I have given up speculating…

You guys leave your comedy material laying around everywhere, so easy for us to just pick up…

Hey, I’m just reporting the TexAg news… don’t shoot the messenger!

Like what....the playoffs?

Longhorn fans have no control over what happens on the field.

Sorry your school does not have anything near the equivalent of TexAgs. But look at the bright side, there is always Surlyhorns, the most Aggie obsessed website on the internet and it is free!

And by the way, why are y’all spending so much time in TexAgs worrying about what people think of your yell leaders?

Don’t y’all have the Lost Wages bowl that aggy is about to play in to focus on? When and where will yell practice be held for that one??

But have you actually watched an aggy midnight yell practice, which is wholly led and directed by the aggie milkmen / cheerleaders??

My friend, I am 52 yrs old. I have family steeped in both schools, and I have attended Bonfires and Midnight Yells in my childhood, teens, but not so much after I went to Texas.

I am burnt orange all the way - but I don't like to see things that are old as dirt being held up and ridiculed in post-modern society.

The origins of A&M make all its traditions understandable. I see no problem with it.

Now here is where I will go you one further - I think many legacy SEC fans are jealous of the spirit of A&M. And when you are envious of something it's easier just to call it ghey and homo and unfitting for the norm.

I salute that A&M has been able to hold on to their traditions all these years since becoming a "University". I don't think too much of moderns that want to trash it.

All that said, I am Hook'em to the core. And I love beating A&M, but mostly because their hate for us is so consuming.

What has UTrans eliminated? The first amendment or the second amendment to the US Constitution?

Big Boy is still on display at the Student Activity Center dumbass. Not sure what you think has been eliminated.

The Daily Texan

Is your dad trying out for Draggieland again this year?

Well hold on there. We're on a (mostly) football forum, right? If you've been around Texas and A&M, you pretty much know the stereotypical rabid football fan for either.

A&M knows damn well Texas fans don't agree with the most of the lib shite of Austin.

Longhorns know damn well Aggie fans would nuke Draggie events if it was legal.

But we do it to piss each other off.

Wrong, dumbass. That article is from 2018 and the display was taken down.

They also took down all the MasculinUT web content that you still post.

Meanwhile aggy fans still worship male cheerleaders that prance around the football field.

My family despises Draggieland.

Tell me, how many times have you worshipped the male cheer squad at yell practice?

Do the milkmen make you feel special?

How many times have you gone to Draggieland on the aggy campus?

How many pictures of dildos have you posted online....300....1000?

Do you think posting pictures of dildos at a one time event is normal?
