I wonder why LSU fans didn't question Georgia being in the national championship game after they were throttled in the SEC championship game. What happened to all the you shouldn't be there because you didn't win the conference talk?

no the irony is that Bammer got bit by that.
Irony would have been if LSU lost to Bammer in the ship and then faced them again in the national ship and said nothing.

Well I think the difference was UGA got into the playoff and won their way to the Title game. So the BCS model was not really a playoff model. In a playoff model, UGA and Bama have now played in the Title game twice with Bama and UGA each winning their first round playoff game to get to the CFP Championship game.
Anyway, from my point of view that is the difference.

OP must have conceded the 2022 season tonight.

They truly didn't question it in 2011. They just didn't like the result.

You think had Georgia NOT won their DIVISION, they would have played for the National Championship? THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE. It just wasn't Bama didn't win the conference, they didn't even win the damn division.
