Good Lord. Soft as shite. He is trying hard... Juice boxes and cookies after the game statement of the year right there.

Nobody who really knows college baseball will "degrade" DVH. He is a great coach and no message board comments can touch that fact.

Chess match all game between great coaches.
It’s about players execution and LSU’s mistakes cost less than Arkansas.

Who in that lineup/rotation is NOT coming back next season?

I feel badly for DVH and his team, but the difference in championship play is often how you execute in critical moments. LSU has a history of doing it.
Arkansas will eventually have their day.

If you choke every year, no, you're not good.

Man I respect the guy but…….. he was paralyzed w fear. You could see it on his face. He was hoping to succeed not expecting to. He messed it up.

Why would anyone do that? He took a damn fine team to the CWS semis.

Many mistakes made but turn the dbl play and Arkie is playing again tonight.
Physical mistakes....can live with
Mental mistakes....cannot live with
1 mental mistake cost Arkie the game. Dvh surely had nothing to do with that one.
DVH is a solid coach and will always be. While LSU rebuilds, Arkie will win it in 26.

There are decisions you can place on him, but that collapse at the end was all on the players not making plays. He is a great coach

I don't blame Dave Van Horn.
Hell he continually puts his players in positions to win games at the Chuck and they keep letting him down
He was only 57 in 2018 and had he been playing 1B or 2B he would've taken control on the play and caught that pop up.

This. I don’t think it happens until DVH leaves.

His kids play like they have the pressure of the world on their shoulders. Just like Schlossnagle. Some skippers aren't good at managing expectations.

I do not. He's an amazing coach. Winning championships involves some luck and he is almost as unlucky as I am.
