How a 2 loss Oklahoma is ranked ahead of LSU is mind boggling considering LSU has a win over #4 ole miss and their only two losses are to #1 barely and an arse kicking from #3

They picked it precisely correct for the moment, rather than projecting to worry about where teams will be. Things will shake out and we likely won't get three in. But if things work out so there is an argument for it, they've set the stage.

SEC will likely not get but one in...but at least they can say well, we had them there before they lost....knowing that they will have to lose by playing one another......trust me, this isn't what they WANT to see...they are just being smart...trying to act unbias by being bias....if that makes sense...ha

No, because you may still have to play UGA, in Georgia, with a rested Gurley.

Having 3 SEC teams in tells me a conference championship isn't going to mean all that much.

No conf champs yet- I wouldn't assume

I don't suspect they gave a shite down that low...but then they probably wanted to seem unbiased since they had already picked all SEC teams on top.......it doesn't matter...winning takes care of itself...but yeah, you have a point.

Umm, yes by score it was close, but don't cheapen yourself by saying you "barely " got beat by State.

You "barely " got by a pathetic Florida team. (As did Bama got by Arkansas )

I think they have it pretty much right. I'd have Bama ahead of Oregon, but it doesn't even matter right now.

With 4 of the top 6, it will be very difficult foe the SEC to NOT get two in. Two will probably have one loss or less, and they'll be in.

Wasn't as close as the score but it did come down to the final play.

So you're saying how one wins or loses means not much?

I think if Georgia were to win out and win the SEC, the committee has shown Georgia enough lack of respect, this is how I would see the playoff looking.

1. Florida State
2. Oregon
3. TCU
4. Michigan State

These teams are already ranked ahead of Georgia will probably not lose.

Atleast the SEC will settle it on the field. We all play each other before Dec 1
