there was always talk about the system. People were in denial about him leaving and got pissed when he did because he said he'd be retiring a tiger when the rumors of Arkansas opened up.

Agree that fans mad at his leaving, but mostly because of his deception and skanky departure in the night. No farewell to players or fans. That may not bother Arky fans cause Petrino set an example. Mizzou fans like to win, but we tend to look for winning with integrity.
