This past football season is what we call "underachieving with the talent we've got". This basketball season is not. This team is way too small and young to expect much. Next year that changes.

LSU has half as talented of a team as Arkansas, but LSU is still better than them and can hang with anyone home or away.

Unfortunately that has no implications.
Kind of like splitting a 4 game series in baseball but the 2 games you won were 15-0 and 12-0, doesn't really matter.
