And they have played UMASS, Western Michigan, New Hampshire (77 points), Tennessee and Georgia Tech.

Most SEC teams would have the #1 offense in the country after going through that gauntlet.

Pitt's defense is not good

@ Tennessee : 374 yds, 5.67 YPP, 34 pts
vs Western Michigan : 517 yards, 6.08 YPP, 44 pts
@ Georgia Tech : 432 yards, 6.75 YPP, 21 pts

Their overall rankings are not atrocious because they played New Hampshire (7 pts, 160 yds) and UMass (7 pts, 209 yds).

No they wouldn't. And y'all weren't saying the same thing about the Ole Miss offense when y'all went through the guantlet of Louisville, Austin Peay, and Tulane before getting shut down by Alabama. Pitt has a good offense dude. Their defense is not good.

Yea...I was about to say, the irony of pretty thick here

Pretty sure Ole Miss is going to move the ball easily against Tennessee. And also pretty sure Tennessee will move it pretty easily against Ole Miss. Whoever finds a few stops or turnovers will stretch a lead and win.

Kenny Pickett is going to be a Heisman finalist if he keeps this up. This is the best offense Pitt has had since Larry Fitzgerald was there.

Please stop, Pitt is really good! Ignore who they’ve played!

Welp this thread appears to have turned on OP before it even got to page 2

VOLS had goons running open in the secondary all day against Pitt but sadly Smokin’ Joe Milton was slinging that tater into Y7

Yep. I think it will come down to who is able to get more turnovers and/or how the two do in the redzone. It wouldn't shock me at all if we see no more than a few punts combined from both teams. I think the game will play out very much like the Arkansas game did last week

So Tennessee already has a home loss to a potential Heisman QB?

Interesting development

Tennessee seems to have a little more "brain fart for some drives" in them than Ole Miss, but you never know.

Fans of Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, A&M, Auburn and Kentucky through two pages of this thread saying Pitt has a good offense is not them "dick riding Pitt." It's calling a spade a spade. The only fans saying Pitt's offense isn't good are Ole Miss fans. Having a conversation and disagreeing with the premise in the OP isnt "dick riding" anyone. grow up

To be fair to Pitt, I’ve seen their quarterback Pickett play a few times this year. He is really really good. He will play on Sundays
