Vandy has their pitching lined up better, but pulling for State. Surprised Vandy isn't a bigger favorite.

The best outcome at this time is for MSU to win. That will remove the asterisk from Vandy's NC but would still leave a lot of questions
1) Would NCS have beaten Vandy in the game that was not played?
2} If so, would NCS have beaten MSU in the finals?

Their pitcher Leiter is rested and will likely go Monday and they didn’t have to waste any pitchers yesterday because the NC State cancelation. We will have to find a way to win first game or it’s over.

I honestly feel the Mississippi State has the fanbase with at least one hero in it that will drop the Whistler at the game.

If NC State made it they could've beat state.
I mean I think and hope MSU would've won but we will never know.

Because MSU will have legitimately beaten every team they faced on the field. They have received no advantage and are actually now at a disadvantage because of what happened on the other side.

Exactly. I love how they focus on NC State but ignore the fact that Leiter and their bullpen didn’t have to pitch yesterday. It’s a double fricking.

I think State is playing much better for sure. All things being equal I would def give them the edge. Hell they might actually win it all. I wouldn’t be shocked. BUT Vandys pitching advantage is massive. Plus they got 2 days of rest not to mention they didn’t even have to try in that first game against NC State
