Bama fans not a troll you are on the greatest run in CFB history. Detrigger

Argument last week was 1 point ND win was best of undefeated teams.

This week Miami has a 33 point win over that same team.

As long as Bama is in the top 4 after the end of the regular season I'm good.

Fair I think Bama is probably best team just doesn't fit objective measures

I wouldn't put us number one. Injuries or not we just haven't looked like the number one team.

Our game that you controlled was the soft I have seen your front seven

I know injuries and all - but wasn't the dominant force you usually are

Unsure who is dominant in the front - Clemson?

Objectively, shouldn't LSU be ranked ahead of Bama considering LSU almost won their head to head game?

Objectively shouldn't you try to breath with your nose some to see if you like it?

Eye test and all games matter.

Up until two weeks ago, Miami was barely beating so very mediocre team and constantly having to come from behind against some weak teams. Bama has been beating those same kinds of teams by 30, 40, 50 at times this year.

To be fair, they almost got beat by FSU, UNC, Syracuse, and Georgia Tech

Admittedly, I don't like ND and thought they were overrated, as usual. That said, I don't see anything on their schedule that I think was a good win.

Polls are like a herd of sheep or flock of birds: they all follow the leader. It's automatic for teams that keep winning to keep rising, no matter whether they're beating the SEC or some Division VII nobodies.

Nobody except, presumably, the committee, pays any attention to any other factors.

We'll see what happens against Clemson.

Well there is a difference in playing the first game in New Orleans and playing it in Pasadena.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if we missed New Orleans, we lost the last 2 times we played there.

It's not objective, it's subjective. All arguments of this nature are subjective.

That said - subjectively, sure. I've been wondering why Miami was so low being undefeated for a while. Turns out their schedule was heavily backloaded (like Alabama's) just due to the way the conference shaped out.

IF Alabama beats Auburn in the Iron Bowl, then they would likely have the "best" win of any playoff team. Right now, though, the playoff poll is nothing more than message board fodder.

is there anyone Bama fans don't want to play?

I don't think I would worry about one team more than another if I was them

OU would be a team I would not want to see Bama play in round 1. But getting by AU right now is going to be a huge challenge.

No because we saw that Georgia was a fraud. Norte Dane was a fraud too.
