Whats up with all the fricking retarded LSU fans tonight?? You do realize when someone edits a post, its shows that they edited and what time they edited it.

Look here penis cheeks, enough already. Pull your sticky fingers from your keyboard. If you didn't shoot down rational responses you would have more cred. Thank God this online. There is no telling when you would shut your cum dumpster in real life. Do us all a favor, climb on the tallest roof in your trailor park and pull a Peter Pan onto some concrete. You need to go to sleep...permanently.

Well I think he is at least as good as a passer as McElroy.

Perhaps.

He is taller

6'3 to 6'5 isnt really a big enough difference for that to even matter when comparing the two.

, younger

and this matters how?

and mobile

he's more mobile, but McElroy is pretty mobile as well. See the VT game. Both have under 100 yards rushing thus far however.

Sorry I had seen him listed at 6'2; however, that is pretty big difference in height but it might not matter in football.

He has only been in the system a short amount of time and comes off as a mature QB. Since he has had less time to grow in a college system I would assume his ceiling is probably higher.

I don't know their 40 times now but a 4.6 is a lot more mobile than a 4.9 by McElroy. These were their recruitment times.

True, but in the scheme of things, GMac is plenty mobile enough.

We'll see.

Honestly, JJ might end up as a better QB than GMac, or vice versa. But right now, I think its a toss up as to who is better.

That is one of my points. I think if the younger guy is already creating a toss up situation you would go with him.

I think he might be mobile enough to make a play every now and then. JJ is mobile enough to technically call run plays for him and force the opposing team to prepare for it. This is one of the overall big things leaning heavily in JJ's favor.

the only qb's that i would even consider out of the sec is snead or tebow.

Jefferson will do what ever it takes to win. He will be a leader. He can manage the game and does not make mistakes. Has the measurables, throws good and has wheels.

I would take him over pryor too.

Let's see; if I said Mcelroy, Lee would be our starter next season...

yeah, I'd take JJ

thats what we have running backs and the wildcat formation for.

I guess, but Mcelroy has played pretty flawless thus far(save the first half of the VT game). If they keep playing like they are playing, then it will still be a tossup at the end of the season. Who's to say GMac wouldnt have been just as good his sophmore year if he had the opportunity to start?

jj may or may not be a better qb, but discounting 3 inches and .4 seconds on a 40 like they're nothing is pretty dumb.

Unfortunately for everyone in the SEC, Mallett is the real deal.

But fortunately for everyone in the SEC, the Arkansas defense sucks.

*EDIT* to the poster I quoted: I also believe that this is a stupid thread. Both are good in their own rights. Neither is head and shoulders above the other right now.
