How old are you?
You must be a wishful whorn alter.

Again...SEC will not have Texas.

Google Southwest Conference.

The reason the big12 is failing now is DIRECTLY because of Texas.

We aren't dropping a charter member of our conference because they aren't a great football program.

You don't get rid of Vanderbilt just because you think their football team isn't very good. That is short-sighted. Missouri probably should never have gotten the invite from the SEC, but they wanted to screw the Big Ten over so bad that they took Mizzou. That move looks so unimportant now. And the Big Ten added a doormat with academic prowess with Rutgers. And a mid-level basketball school in Maryland. SEC got A&M so that was a solid football move. But you might wanna pump the brakes on the Big finale of the Big 12. They still have a nine-year grant of rights deal in place. If the SEC takes Oklahoma, you will be stuck with State too. Texas will probably go to the Big Ten, along with Tech OR TCU. SEC would get the other. Baylor is done. They may join the American athletic. West Virginia would probably go to the Big Ten, along with Cincinnati to put the B1G at the B18. Nobody wants Iowa State or Kansas unless it's for basketball. Same with Kansas State. They only bring marginal football prowess.

LSU is a charter member that has owned Aggy's arse since you pranced into the conference. Know your place.

I think as LSU fans we should seriously consider leaving this conference. The SEC is ran by a bunch of gumps and they give us no shot at being successful just to protect little nicky.

Programs like auburn may bend over and take it from the gumps but we actually are a world class program that has the potential to start a mass exodus away from the SEC as it continues its corrupt gump ways.

TCU brings very little beyond some football and baseball success. In terms of TV viewers, very few in Dallas follow them compared to OU. I assume we would try and block tcu or texas anyway. OU and maybe someone else but I would guess the SEC would say no two OSU as a package deal.

If push came to shove, we'd likely be ok with TCU/OU though. Just no effing way the longhorns get in.

Pick up a TCU

TCU would bring no money or national appeal to the conference. IF we were to add a another Big 12 school....TCU might be the worst choice.

Probably just the opposite, and this is actually a high water mark.

Anyone who thinks the SEC should drop the only private school in the conference and the top academic performer by far should lose their posting rights.

Have the Aggies even earned the right to talk about SEC expansion? This is a grown up conversation between the adults in the conference
