Also glutes. Do not neglect glute strength to control femoral rotation and reduce lateral tracking/movement deficits promoting more valgus or rotation stress

I’m feeling little to no hope with a consistent run game. But I do remember feeling similar several years ago then we showed up running the same trap play 15+ times against Florida and ran it down there throats.
