a starting olineman is normally pretty important, but OU's dline is trash, and his backup has a lot of starts, so you are probably correct

saban is clearly focused on the NFL job that he's NOT going to take.

Brown has been nursing turf toe since the Miss St. game. If he were at 100%, this would be a bigger loss. As it is, it hurts, but we should be able to manage.

If he's out against (probably) Clemson, that could be a problem

Given the timing, he will likely be out until either game 5 or 6 of 2019 or the bowl game of 2019.

So? he didn't say why they were suspended. he was just wondering how big the losses were. not every thread is a troll thread.

Statement from Nick Saban:

“We have three players, Deonte Brown, Elliott Baker and Kedrick James, who did not make the trip and are suspended due to a violation of team rules and policies.”

This is what i don't get. Posters on here act like Alabama players run rampant with no consequences, but Saban seems to take quick and decisive action.

Yeah I'm sure they were late for a meeting or missed curfew. Probably something really small to suspend a starter for the CFP semi final game

This is why he has sustained success. He is consistent in how he disciplines his team. Nothing divides like individuals who are above the law. He simply does not allow it. Kudos to him.

Seems silly to suspend anybody at game 14.

I don’t get it.
Who cares if they are all on steroids or whatever at this point.
