Avoided Oregon and Indiana, had the ball roll our way during comebacks against USC and Minnesota, extremely favorable matchups leading up to the semifinals, literally everything went Penn State’s way all season only for Allar to completely shite the bed the entire game. I would say we will be back next year but I know we won’t.

Yep, Penn State has been a consistent "good, not great" team for Franklin's entire tenure.
Good enough to make big games, not good enough to win them. Over and over and over again.
The format and seeding gifted them this deep of a run.

I agree here but Penn State easily wins tonight’s game with even just average QB play.

You sure that’s any easier than Clemson and Arizona State?
Boise is actually probably “better” than both of those teams. And that’s not to say that Boise was a playoff caliber team.

It was a great game by both teams…..an Instant Classic. It just came down to the last drive…. Enjoy imbibing on that Bourbon! BTW, with the investment that PSU is making on their program (NIL, portal, etc.), you guys will be & are back…..
