Y'all get back to us when your opposing coach is doing an interview where it is hard to hear him over your fan base cheering

Well that didn’t happen Saturday

The Bama fan I was sitting next to on Saturday said it was the loudest stadium he had ever been to.

Scott obviously hasn't been there when LSU has been behind by 20 points at halftime. Fans filing out by the thousands, calling for coaches heads, calling for players to be killed etc. etc
You’re proving his point. That’s some of the most intense shite I could imagine.

It is a terrific atmosphere. One of the top 5 I’ve been too.

The earth shakes and registers on a seismic scale, it’s so loud it rattle even the heisman winner and GOAT coach, the fans are completely ape shite nuts, people get so excited several have died from falling or heart attacks.
It’s not the stadium bro, it’s the fans. Like one of the 5 star recruits were overheard saying after the game.
“This is insane. These people are completely freaking nuts. But I think I like it.”

Hmm, seemed pretty tame to me.
If you did go you got the 11AM yawn gameday experience... Bama fans got the SNIDV gameday and even with the morning rain campus was overpacked as usual when we have a big game at night

I used to talk to Jay Barker pretty often. He would always say that fans can't understand just how loud Tiger Stadium gets. He said he attended games as a fan in several stadiums and thought Tiger Stadium was a great atmosphere, but didn't get all the hype. He said when he played, he finally understood because the sound funnels straight to the field. He said he finally understood Bear's quote about feeling like you are inside a drum.

yes. you not only hear the noise, you feel it. like the auburn receiver said many years ago about not being able to see the signals sent in from the sideline because his eyeballs were vibrating so much

OMG! A State fan weighs in. The SEC team where the crowds are so lame that have to bring in artificial noisemakers! That's rich.

Move on. Compare something else. LSU Tiger Fans, Tiger Stadium, Entire Game Day ~ Tailgate Experience is UNMATCHED and without rival or comparison. LSU Fans have generated, caused actual Earthquakes in Death Valley ~ Tiger Stadium! There is no confusion or debate as to the greatest, loudest, toughest, best Fans & Stadium in ALL of Sports across the Planet!

Don't forget the piss bags.

If you really want to know how loud Death Valley is sit in one of the first rows between the 40s. I have done that once for a night game verse Ole Miss in 14. It was insanely loud. We were behind the OM bench and the players couldn't even talk on the phone to the coaches in the box because of the noise
You could see our shirts vibrating

Josh Pate actually has Neyland as his loudest.
LMAO. I can guarantee that I have been to far more games in both stadiums than Josh Pate. And it wouldn't even be close.

It wouldn’t shock me if Death Valley is the loudest. But I don’t think that’s an accurate number.
I don't believe any of these stadiums throwing out DB numbers. What did GA report this week, 132 or was it 139? Yeah, sure thing.
I can say the lay out of Tiger Stadium seems tighter to me, at least in the tightness of the seats and rows, along with the ramp inclines. That might be a misperception on my part, but talking with friends that have been in both over the past few years, they concur. I think that has something to do with the loudness of the games.
Both are great atmospheres when the game is meaningful, but I still give the edge to Tiger Stadium.

I'd put JHS up against Tiger stadium anyday. Especially for big games
