God I am tired of all of this finger pointing and bullshite. Why cant we all just STFU, and cheer for OUR OWN football team, and not worry about the other one.

Beatbammer: This is way off topic, but I've been wondering: Is the girl on the right in your avi Shannon Bailey?

Sorry for the late reply, fanilow, but honestly I have no frickin' idea. Just a picture I found on the interwebs.

I'm tired of the rampant speculation as well as all the infighting between rivals, but this seems a bit stupid to me. If you didn't want to discuss other teams you'd be on your own school's board and not the SECr. Now let this stupid thread die. In the future we all need to stop posting in threads with rumors and wait until something real shows up.

Unless they find checks from Pat Fain Dye to Cam and Dyer, it wouldn't be a 10. UT is a bigger deal in CFB. bullshite $100 handshakes at AU isn't 10 worthy IMO.

Serious question. No flame. What is Tiger Unlimited Foundation?

If no one has answered this yet, its pretty much the AU equivalent of Tide Pride.

In other words, its the foundation that you have to donate to in order to be given the honor to order season tickets and have them guaranteed.

It's FedEx! Not the US postal service. They are a paid carrier and the NCAA isn't a goverment entity. Tampering with anything that FedEx delivers isn't a federal crime. Unless it falls under the auspices of theft

I wouldn't be so sure about this. Pretty sure that the only reason UPS and FedEx can do what they do is because they are "allowed" to by the federal gubmint. And I'm also pretty sure, because the federal gubmint has made that "allowance" for them, that they work under the same standards (or higher) than the USPS.

I don't know if that is completely accurate.. The UA equivalent is called the University Foundation, and both are managed by Fine/Geddy. There is a link in this thread to an out of date article in the Tuskegee News. That's where I read that..

Yeah, I saw it. It was an old article anyway that was sent to me. Look like a cheap website too

I don't know if it has changed or not, but Fed Ex and UPS have long argued that the USPS has an unfair competitive advantage of having their packages guaranteed by the federal gov't and backed by federal law. Now if a package crossed state lines and was tampered with, then that does fall under federal law regardless of which carrier shipped it
