The chic at the end of the Texas A&M game last week took a bigger shot than anything that went on at the end of Neyland Stadium.
And that's not a subjective statement. She got railed. But nobody is pissing their panties on this thread about that.

You ok with opposing teams fans throwing objects at your coaches and players?
Just want to know if it's OK I bring in a brick next week in Bryant Denny and heave it towards your coach.

Let's get down to specifics.
They're not "my players and coaches". They're performers. Not much different that when the WWF or NWA came to town. Or, in my case, Tuesday Night at the Louisville Gardens - Fabulous Ones vs. The Sheepherders. Or the MoonDogs.
When the performance gets so bad the audience can't stand it ? Fruits and vegetables used to be the standard. It's a relatively new concept where people feel the need to defend the local performance troupe.
Pro Tip - don't throw anything edible at Mark Stoops.

Or maybe you believe that's ok too.
The behavior was inexcusable.

Yep - me and my pops were talking about that today.
Back in the day - injuries cost the team a timeout. Now, I don't know about all that. If a kid is hurt, he's hurt. And I don't want him being encouraged to get up and hurt himself more getting off the field.
But this idea of sitting out a play ? frick that. Sit out a series at least. If you're hurt, you're hurt. I like your idea.
yep, I've been saying this for a few years now. If you keep making rules to protect player safety...this is a no brainer. It's impossible to have ref's judge real/fake injuries when they can't even call a game correctly. The faking injuries thing is infuriating and it happens everywhere now.
Sit them for the rest of the series and it stops overnight

quote:Tennessee was without its best offensive player plus their best 2 offensive linemen. So they were pretty undermanned too. Didn’t hear it mentioned as much during the game but played a lot into the offensive woes in the first half.
You fan-base thought they were relevant and got beat soundly by an undermanned Ole Miss team

How did Arkansas fans handled their situation with the refs?

The Tennessee fans should have thrown shite but they threw it at the wrong time. They should have thrown it at Joe Milton and Josh Heupel.
How do you not know that you have to throw that ball into the endzone. And as a coach how do you not make sure he knows he has to throw the ball into the endzone.
Dumbass QB and even dumber Coach.

Cool, I hope they take your booze away for a year in all sports. Then make the student section tickets submit to breathalyzers.
Bet that shite won’t happen again after that.

I used to have a problem with the fake injuries, but the more I’ve thought about, I have no issue with it anymore. Hurry up-no huddle offenses are giving us a worse product on the field. Sure scoring is up, but that doesn’t mean the games are better. You don’t want to allow subs? Why don’t we just go back to iron man ball with 240 LB linemen?
Situational subs by both teams give us the best on-field product. My best players with my best play against your best players with your best play. But no, low IQ fans want big numbers on the scoreboard.
All the rules now favor the offense, so if a 300-lber needs a breather, lay your fat arse on the ground, my friend.
